Before you start
The closing date for this application is Friday, 21 November 2025 at 5:00pm. This application will take around 45 minutes and must be completed in one sitting. The form will time out after 25 minutes of inactivity and your progress won’t be saved.
Make sure you have:
- The University of Queensland listed as your first QTAC preference as at 12:00pm on Friday, 19 December 2025 in order to be considered for the Tuesday, 23 December 2025 QTAC offer round.
- Your QTAC Application Number. This number was issued to you after lodging your online QTAC application.
- Supporting documentation for any significant leadership and/or community service achievements you wish to include in your application. This documentation must be uploaded as evidence of the achievements you list.
- If you are awaiting additional information or supporting documentation (e.g., after a School Speech Night), you may provide it to the Scholarships Office by emailing scholarships@uq.edu.au. It must be received no later than Friday, 5 December 2025.
- An impact statement (up to 300 words) describing how your leadership activities have benefited your community (if including leadership examples).
- An impact statement (up to 300 words) describing how your community service activities have benefited your community (if including community service examples).
- Read the relevant rules for each scholarship.
