2. You have supporting documentation that demonstrates your and/or your family's current financial circumstances. You will be required to upload this documentation as evidence of financial hardship.
3. You understand that it is your (the applicant’s) responsibility to provide all required information and documentation to UQ to be considered for The Order of Australia Association Foundation Scholarship. 

Please note: This application form will take approximately 60 minutes to complete and must be finished in one session. The form will timeout after 25 minutes of inactivity and your progress will not be saved.
