What’s is involved?
The program involves female students spending approximately 35 hours at Transurban, working closely with a key mentor and observing and discussing the realities of the profession. Securing a placement on our FEET mentoring program is a great introduction to our business and the career opportunities available in this sector, including our Graduate Program. This program is an unpaid undergraduate placement to build a profession network and gain valuable mentoring experience.
Our next intake will be over the winter break from 23 June - 24 July.
Our diversity vision is 'to strengthen the Transurban community through inclusion, respect and valuing difference'. Gender diversity is one of our focus areas and we have a range of practices in place to help us achieve gender equality across all levels of the organisation, including developing female talent for senior management and executive roles. We have been awarded the prestigious Workplace Gender Equality Agency Employer of Choice Citation for three consecutive years, recognising our active commitment to gender equality in the workplace.
