Are you enrolled in arts, journalism or media studies? Struggling to find meaningful work experience that showcases your talent to prospective employers?

Create compelling articles, addressing a global audience interested in arts & culture. Join the Young Art Journalism Feed & Award (YAJA) and report on interesting artists and events.

YAJA also encourages mobile journalism, adding audio and visual queues to your articles.

LumaTouch decided to sponsor a $500.- prize for the best mobile journalism article published on the YAJA news feed, using their tool LumaFusion.

You still have time until the end of October to upload arts & culture related articles containing video footage that was edited using LumaFusion.

Apart from that nothing has changed.

  • YAJA is ongoing, with every contribution to the YAJA news feed being considered for the annual awards.
  • Every student who has entered the YAJA with an initial contribution is regarded member of the YAJA Publishing Team
  • YAJA Publishing Team members are eligible to take on paid assignments arranged with arts professionals
