It’s happening!– applications for our 4th Homeward Bound leadership program are now open!

From Wednesday 18 April until Friday 18 May 2018 (10am AEST), applications from women in science (STEMM) for Homeward Bound #4 pogram will be accepted

Homeward Bound #4 pogram is a year-long leadership program culminating in a trip to Antarctica. They’ll be welcoming 100 women of all ages from around the world, to build towards their 10-year vision of a global collaboration of 1,000 women with a background in STEMM.

#TeamHB04 will be connected with the 250 women from our first three cohorts, who represent some 30 countries across the globe.

The fourth program launches in early 2019 and runs throughout the year. It will culminate in a voyage to Antarctica, departing Ushuaia, Argentina, on 22 November and returning on 10 December 2019.

Over 11 months, the program will be delivered via monthly video conference calls, small group collaborations and online networking and information sharing. During the video calls and in small-group meetings during the year, you will gain deeper insight across the following areas: Collaboration, Giving and receiving constructive feedback, Understanding sense of self, Purpose and values, Leadership, Visibility and science communication, Personal strategy mapping, Learning style, Peer coaching, Science issues of concern for women, Gender inequality

Applications are reviewed by a diverse panel of independent reviewers, Homeward Bound alumnae and leadership team members.
