The Future Scientist Award provides a platform for the best and brightest up-and-coming Scientists to present their ideas and experience to some of the largest companies in Australia. The Kelly Services Future Scientist Award allows final year science students and recent science graduates the opportunity to represent in person to potential scientific employers, as well as receiving important advice and coaching from science recruitment specialists.
Now in its third year, the Award is open to young scientists across Australia. Winners in each state will receive $1000, insights and opportunities within their scientific field, as well as the honour of being named a Kelly Future Scientist!
It gives final-year and recent Science graduates the opportunity to:
- The winner in each region receives $1000
- Meet up to 10 potential employers
- Free mentoring on presentation skills and job interview preparation from specialist Scientific recruiters
- Present to leading Scientific employers in your region
Previous panellists have included leaders from Medical Technology, Biotechnology, Food & Beverage, Chemical, Environmental, Pharmaceutical and other Life Science-related industries.
