Hosted at the University of Queensland, the competition is a partnership between UQ, QUT and Griffith University, with support from government and industry, and attracts entrants from around the world. Prizes of up to $100,000 are on offer.

The 2019 challenge is to develop solutions to improve trust and customer value in the delivery of financial sector services. Diversity in solution design is encouraged, and student teams are encouraged be cross-disciplinary.

Students enrolled in any business or technical discipline based postgraduate program are eligible (either currently enrolled or enrolled in 2018), such as MBA, Masters Degrees or other relevant post-graduate degree programs.

The Ventures team is hosting an information session on Tuesday, 21 May 2019 to explain the application process and support students interested in applying.
