CareerTrackers links Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander university students with employers for paid, multi-year internships. Students complete internships in their uni breaks with one of our excellent partner organisations, matched to their career aspirations and their degrees.

The end goal is to convert an internship to a full-time position upon graduation, and 95% of our participants are in full-time employment in their field within three months of graduation.

There are 1400+ participants in the CareerTrackers program getting experience to support their ambitions, give back to community and be a part of the next generation of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander leaders.

We currently support students across all years of study and a wide range of degrees. Some of the most popular degrees are: Agriculture and Environment, Architecture, Design and Planning, Business / Commerce, Engineering and Information Technologies, Law, Science.

Positions available for students between the first and penultimate year of studies.

Put yourself on a path towards securing a graduate position. We see our participants fast becoming leaders in their careers and community.
